Wednesday Bloggers

This weeks Wednesday Blogger is the very lovely Moira and her fabulous blog:

I first met Moira last November at a local Christmas Fair.  Moira and her daughter were on the stall next to me with a selection of felted goods, childrens clothes and baths bombs. (The bath bombs were fabulous by the way!)  It was a very wet day so the fair was pretty quiet and it gave us a chance to chat about life, sewing and crafts.

Since then Moira has been checking in on me via the blog and even went shopping at the one of the stores I had recommended – Fabric Rehab.  I felt very honoured when she entered by blog giveaway, because Moira’s craft work is beautiful.

Moira’s blog is a window into her world of knitting, sewing and felting.  Her blog is pack with observations about her life as well these crafts, so makes it the perfect read on a cold afternoon with a cup of hot chocolate.  She even has the odd image of cake that makes me feel very hungry!

The title of the blog is ’stuff and nonsense’ but I personally think it is anything but!  What do you think?

Blogs I love!

My January give away ended on Sunday evening and the winner was announced on Monday.  To enter the give away everyone had to give me their blog so I can read what other people in the world are up to!  Pretty noisy I know, but great fun!

So every Wednesday I will feature someone from the entries.  This week I will start with the winner:

Sarah’s blog is a purple riot on the screen!  I love her background and her great purple signature – must work out how to do that myself!

She blogs about her daily life as well as including links and reviews about the things she likes.   There is a huge mix of information about everything from furniture to films, books to clothes!  I never seem to catch any entertainment news being a single mum of 3 small boys, but I can go Sarah’s blog and read in 5 minutes what the lastest film releases are and her opinion.  She even lets me know which dress she loved from the Golden Globes!

I feel armed with the latest info without having to read a celebrity magazine!
